We are both grateful for the quiet, peaceful accommodation.  The villa is very clean and tidy, it has everything in it just like home.  Found the washing machine and dryer extremely convenient.  Close to all the shops and tourist things.  We stayed 14 short days and we will return.  Kuranda and the rainforests are the most beautiful places we have seen in the world.

We travel to see and experience new things.  How much better when we have, as a base, a comfortable and well appointed home to return to at the end of the days' adventures.  Thank you Melissa for all the little extras that have made Villa 1 home for two weeks.  We have enjoyed breakfasting and dining with the birds.  "Sundance", a junior butcher bird, has been particularly entertaining.  We've also had visits from satin bowerbirds, blue-faced honeyeaters, Pacific bazas and once a King Parrot and many others have enjoyed the garden and the bird bath.  We've had a morning serenade from the resident stone curlews.  This has been a great base for us to explore the Tablelands.  We have happy memories to last a lifetime.  Many thanks.

A real treat for us to spend a couple of days in Kuranda and enjoy this lovely villa.  Butterflies, birds, koalas, jungle walks and we saw a couple of bush turkeys.  Much cleaner, more relaxing, more spacious and more "holiday-like" than Cairns.  The kids recommend the ice cream from the famous red ice cream van and we loved the lemongrass and ginger tea from a cafe in the village. Thank you Melissa & Warren we had a lovely time staying at Kuranda Villas!  The villa was spotlessly clean and comfy and we really appreciated all of the litte extra thoughtful touches (especially the coffee!).  The villas was very kid-friendly and our little one loved the garden.  We also loved our time in Far North Queensland, there is so much to see and do.  We would love to come back again one day.
