Trans North Bus Service runs buses from Cairns to Kuranda for $4.00 each way. Visitors arriving in the village via the Savannahlander Train, Kuranda Scenic Railway or Skyrail Rainforest Cableway have only a 5 minute walk to our Villas. We use energy-efficient light globes, and appliances, environmentally-friendly cleaning products and low-flow shower heads and toilets (standard dual flush here in Australia). Each villa has been tastefully decorated and includes those extras which make a stay perfectly comfortable, like locally grown and roasted coffee from the Kuranda Coffee Republic. Both self-contained villas feature an outdoor seating and barbecue area, the optimum way to enjoy the small lush tropical gardens.
